STEP 1:

Open your picture in Adobe Photoshop.

STEP 2:

Duplicate the background layer.

Ctrl+J

STEP 3:

Select Gradient Tool with Linear Gradient

to make a gradient layer from white to black.

*Press D to reset the colour of foreground and background

STEP 4:

Insert Wave

Filter>Distort>Wave

Set

Number of Generators : 5

Type : Square

Undefined Areas : Repeat Edge Pixels

Click ok to exit.

STEP 5:

Insert Polar Coordinates

Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates

Set Rectangular to Polar

Click ok to exit.

STEP 6:

Change the blending mode of this layer to Overlay

STEP 7:

Create new layer

STEP 8:

Pick the Colour for Foreground

Fill the layer with the choosen colour..

Alt+Backspace

Change the blending mode of this layer to Overlay
